Ramsey : Granada Services, M1 / M25 Junction |
Copperfields :
High Street, Rushden Apparently the best fish and chip shop in Anglia, and the second best in the country. Service is a bit dodgy, and the portions are on the small side, but it tastes very good, and comes in a poly case rather than in paper, which is better. It's a bit pricey, though. Final Verdict : 7.2 out of 10 And X-Files used to work there, too. Until we got him fired. |
Ocean Blue :
Just off the only roundabout in Rushden The blokes in there are chatty, the food tastes good and it's well on the cheap side. Honest is a word that sums this place up quite well. Final Verdict : 6.5 out of 10 You can't really go far wrong in a place like this. |
Fish and Chips and More :
Promenade, Hunstanton Absolutely and without question the best Fish and Chips in England. The fish are super-fresh (they were still swimming around that morning, after all) and melt in your mouth. Piles of yummy, big chips and a nice poly case to carry it all in. It even has chairs and tables to sit on and is cheap, too. Final Verdict : 9.6 out of 10 It'll take a lot to beat this one.
